Vertical Fast Open Straightener

Vertical speed fast straightener is a machine which rollers are horizontal crossly disposal and hydraulic fast open. It is used to straighten alloy pipes for petroleum exploitation with high yield strength and head upsetted. For normal seamless steel pipe, it will be more effective. This machine can be controlled and adjusted automatically, apply PLC controlling to realize slow feed, fast straighten and slow output which is more reasonable and advanced.

Main stand of this machine is six-roller counter disposted, eight columns, four-framework and hydraulic fast open.
The main performance characters:
1. Apply four-framework, install roller base on the walking beam which slide vertically in eight columns to ensure steady during straightening. Besides, it overcomes disadvantage of load deflection under force.
2. The fast open is realized by center fast open single cylinder to press and side double cylinders for balancing and fast list. It is simple structure with easy maintenance.
3. Each roller uses two dependent locking oil cylinders to ensure reliability of locking.
4. Tubine worm drive worm nut transmission angle adjustment, the transmission is steady and angle adjustment precision is high.
5. Columns and casings are connected with up-and-down frameworks by pre-stress which increase rigidity of frameworks.
6. Apply new framework structure which both bottom roller fast open hydraulic cylinder and bottom roller press adjustment equipment are installed on the bottom beam which facilitate installation and maintenance.
