GB/T 34107 specifies the order content, dimensions, shape, weight and allowable deviations, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, signs and quality certificates of seamless precision stainless steel pipes for rail transit vehicles braking systems. GB/T 34107 is applicable to precision seamless stainless steel pipes for air or hydraulic braking systems of rail transit vehicles, such as locomotive, EMU, urban rail vehicles, passenger and freight vehicles and so on.
GB/T 34107规定了轨道交通车辆制动系统用精密不锈钢无缝钢管的订货内容、尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志和质量证明书。GB/T 34107适用于轨道交通车辆（机车、动车组、城轨车辆、客货运车辆等）空气或液压制动系统用精密不锈钢无缝钢管。

Manufacture: tubes shall be made by the seamless process and shall be either hot finished or cold finished, as specified.
Heat Treatment: solution treatment.
Inspection & Test: chemistry composition, tensile test, hardeness test, flattening test, flaring test, NDT, surface inspection and dimension check.

Length: 5800mm; 6000mm; 6096mm; 7315mm; 11800mm; 12000mm; and so on.
Max developed length: 32 meters, also U bending can be offered, each leg length can be 15.24 meters.
