GB/T 24593 specifies the order content, size, shape, weight and allowable deviation, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate of welded austenitic stainless steel tubes for boilers and heat exchangers. GB/T 24593 is applicable to welded austenitic stainless steel tubes for heat exchangers and medium and low pressure boilers.
GB/T 24593规定了锅炉和热交换器用奥氏体不锈钢焊接钢管的订货内容、尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志和质量证明书。GB/T 24593适用于热交换器和中低压锅炉用奥氏体不锈钢焊接钢管。

Manufacture: tubes shall be made by the seamless process and shall be either hot finished or cold finished, as specified.
Heat Treatment: solution treatment.
Inspection & Test: chemistry composition, tensile test, hardeness test, flattening test, flaring test, NDT, surface inspection and dimension check.

Length: 5800mm; 6000mm; 6096mm; 7315mm; 11800mm; 12000mm; and so on.
Max developed length: 32 meters, also U bending can be offered, each leg length can be 15.24 meters.
