GB/T 14975 specifies the classification, code, order content, size, shape, weight, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate of seamless stainless steel tubes for structural use. GB/T 14975 is applicable to seamless stainless steel pipe for general structure or mechanical structure.
GB/T 14975规定了结构用不锈钢无缝钢管的分类和代号、订货内容、尺寸、外形、重量、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志和质量证明书。GB/T 14975适用于一般结构或机械结构用不锈钢无缝钢管。

Manufacture: tubes shall be made by the seamless process and shall be either hot finished or cold finished, as specified.
Heat Treatment: solution treatment.
Inspection & Test: chemistry composition, tensile test, hardeness test, flattening test, flaring test, NDT, surface inspection and dimension check.

Length: 5800mm; 6000mm; 6096mm; 7315mm; 11800mm; 12000mm; and so on.
Max developed length: 32 meters, also U bending can be offered, each leg length can be 15.24 meters.
