GB/T 12771 specifies the classification, code, size, shape, weight, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate of welded stainless steel pipes for fluid service. GB/T 12771 is applicable to corrosion-resistant welded stainless steel pipes for fluid transportation.
GB/T 12771规定了流体输送用不锈钢焊接钢管的分类及代号、尺寸、外形、重量、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志和质量证明书。GB/T 12771适用于流体输送用耐蚀不锈钢焊接钢管。

Manufacture: tubes shall be made by the seamless process and shall be either hot finished or cold finished, as specified.
Heat Treatment: solution treatment.
Inspection & Test: chemistry composition, tensile test, hardeness test, flattening test, flaring test, NDT, surface inspection and dimension check.

Length: 5800mm; 6000mm; 6096mm; 7315mm; 11800mm; 12000mm; and so on.
Max developed length: 32 meters, also U bending can be offered, each leg length can be 15.24 meters.
