GB/T 12770 specifies the classification, code, order content, size, shape, weight and allowable deviation, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate of welded stainless steel tubes for mechanical structures. GB/T 12770 is applicable to welded stainless steel tubes for machinery, automobiles, bicycles, furniture and other mechanical parts and structural parts.
GB/T 12770规定了机械结构用不锈钢焊接钢管的分类及代号、订货内容、尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志和质量证明书。GB/T 12770适用于机械、汽车、自行车、家具及其他机械部件与结构件用不锈钢焊接钢管。

Manufacture: tubes shall be made by the seamless process and shall be either hot finished or cold finished, as specified.
Heat Treatment: solution treatment.
Inspection & Test: chemistry composition, tensile test, hardeness test, flattening test, flaring test, NDT, surface inspection and dimension check.

Length: 5800mm; 6000mm; 6096mm; 7315mm; 11800mm; 12000mm; and so on.
Max developed length: 32 meters, also U bending can be offered, each leg length can be 15.24 meters.
