GB 24512.3 specifies the classification, code, size, shape, weight and allowable deviation, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate of seamless stainless steel tubes and pipes for nuclear power plants. GB 24512.3 is applicable to seamless stainless steel tubes and pipes for pressure-bearing parts of nuclear safety class 1, 2, 3 and non-nuclear safety equipment. GB 24512.3 is not applicable to seamless stainless steel tubes and pipes for nuclear power plant heat exchangers.
GB 24512.3规定了核电站用不锈钢无缝钢管的分类及代号、尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志和质量证明书。GB 24512.3适用于核电站核安全1、2、3级和非核安全级设备承压部件用不锈钢无缝钢管。GB 24512.3不适用于核电站热交换器用不锈钢无缝钢管。

Manufacture: tubes shall be made by the seamless process and shall be either hot finished or cold finished, as specified.
Heat Treatment: solution treatment.
Inspection & Test: chemistry composition, tensile test, hardeness test, flattening test, flaring test, NDT, surface inspection and dimension check.

Length: 5800mm; 6000mm; 6096mm; 7315mm; 11800mm; 12000mm; and so on.
Max developed length: 32 meters, also U bending can be offered, each leg length can be 15.24 meters.
