| GB/T 34204 specifies the terms and definitions, symbols and abbreviations, order content, raw materials and manufacturing processes, material requirements, dimensions, mass per unit length, defects and tube end processing, inspection and test, test methods, non-destructive testing , invalid test, re-inspection, marking, packaging and protection, documents of coiled tubing. GB/T 34204 is suitable for coiled tubing ranging from 19.1mm to 88.9mm, steel grade CT55~CT110 used in the workover, logging, drilling and completion operations of oil and gas wells. GB/T 34204 does not include the content of the suitability of coiled tubing for using in corrosive environments. | Manufacture: the tubes shall be manufactured from electric welded pre-tubes by cold drawing or other suitable processes. The tubes shall not include welds used for joining lengths of flat rolled strip prior to forming the pre-tube. Delivery Condition: cold drawn (hard) as +C, cold drawn (soft) as +LC, cold drawn and stress relieved as +SR, annealed as +A, normalized as +N. Inspection & Test: chemistry composition analysis, tensile test, flattening test, flaring test, NDT, surface inspection and dimension check. |
