GB/T 3093 specifies the order content, classification,code, size, shape, weight and allowable deviation, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate of high-pressure seamless steel tubes for diesel engine. GB/T 3093 is suitable for manufacturing cold drawn seamless steel tubes for high pressure oil tubes of diesel engine injection systems.
GB/T 3093规定了柴油机用高压无缝钢管的订货内容、分类代号、尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志和质量证明书。GB/T 3093适用于制造柴油机喷射系统高压油管用的冷拔无缝钢管。

Manufacture: tubes to GB/T 3093 shall be manufactured by cold rolled or cold drawn.
Delivery Condition: the tubes should be heat treated after final drawn.
Inspection & Test: chemistry composition analysis, tensile test, flattening test, flaring test, NDT, surface inspection and dimension check.

Length: 5800mm; 6000mm; 10000mm; 11800mm; and so on.
Further process: cutting, deformation.
