GB/T 3091 specifies the size, shape, weight, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate of welded steel pipes for low-pressure fluid transportation. GB/T 3091 is applicable to straight seam welded steel pipes, straight seam submerged arc welded steel pipes and spiral seam submerged arc welded steel pipes for low-pressure fluid transportation such as water, air, heating steam and gas. And the different requirements are marked separately. Without the marking, it means it is applicable to all the straight seam high frequency electric welded steel pipes, straight seam submerged arc welded steel pipes and spiral seam submerged arc welded steel pipes.
GB/T 3091规定了低压流体输送用焊接钢管的尺寸、外形、重量、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志和质量证明书。GB/T 3091适用于水、空气、采暖蒸汽和燃气等低压流体输送用直缝电焊钢管、直缝埋弧焊接钢管和螺旋缝埋弧焊钢管，并对它们的不同要求分别做了标注，未标注的同时适用于直缝高频电焊钢管、直缝埋弧焊接钢管和螺旋缝埋弧焊钢管。

Manufacture: tubes to GB/T 3094 shall be manufactured by seamlesss process.
Delivery Condition: tubes should be delivered under cold finished condition, with purchaser agreement, it can also be with heat treated.
Inspection & Test: chemistry composition analysis, tensile test, surface inspection and dimension check.
