GB/T 17396 specifies the size, shape, weight, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate of hot-rolled seamless steel pipes for hydraulic props. GB/T 17396 is suitable for manufacturing hot-rolled seamless steel pipes for cylinders and columns of hydraulic supports and pillars in coal mines. Other hot-rolled seamless steel pipes for hydraulic cylinders and columns can also be used for reference.
GB/T 17396规定了液压支柱用热轧无缝钢管的尺寸、外形、重量、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志和质量证明书。GB/T 17396适用于制造煤矿液压支架和支柱的缸、柱用热轧无缝钢管。其他液压缸、柱用热轧无缝钢管亦可参照使用。

Manufacture: the tubes shall be manufactured by cold drawn and hot rolled.
Delivery Condition: heat treated.
Inspection & Test: chemical composition test, elongation test, hardness test, flattening test, bending test, flaring test, NDT, surface inspection and dimension check.

Length: 4000mm; 6000mm; 6500mm; 10000mm; 12010mm; and so on.
Max length: 18000mm
