GB 30813 specifies the classification, code, size, shape, weight and allowable deviation, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate of welded austenitic stainless steel tubes and pipes for nuclear power plants. GB 30813 is applicable to welded austenitic stainless steel tubes and pipes for pressure-resistant parts of nuclear power plants in nuclear safety level 2, 3 and non-nuclear safety level equipment.
GB 30813规定了核电站用奥氏体不锈钢焊接钢管的分类、代号、尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志和质量证明书。GB 30813适用于核电站核安全2、3级和非核安全级设备承压部件用奥氏体不锈钢焊接钢管。

Manufacture: tubes shall be made by the seamless process and shall be either hot finished or cold finished, as specified.
Heat Treatment: solution treatment.
Inspection & Test: chemistry composition, tensile test, hardeness test, flattening test, flaring test, NDT, surface inspection and dimension check.

Length: 5800mm; 6000mm; 6096mm; 7315mm; 11800mm; 12000mm; and so on.
Max developed length: 32 meters, also U bending can be offered, each leg length can be 15.24 meters.
